- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days. Additional charges apply, calculated at checkout.

Packaging
Your scale car toy model will be securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@craftedmotors.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
